Introduction to Personal Branding by Malcolm Levene
One purpose of these workshops, is to bring an awareness to the Personal Branding arena. If, like many in the business world, you agree that our reputation is aligned to our Personal Brand, it goes without saying, to enhance our reputation is a ‘must have’. And for one to further enhance their reputation, first, one needs to have a healthy self belief. One method we can use to encourage more self belief, is learning how to be less self conscious. One way to do this, is to know how/when to take risks. Start by taking risks when speaking in public, or when instructing or asking members of staff to take on a project. As Oscar Wilde said, “Be yourself as everyone else is taken.” The only amendment I’d like to make to that quote is this: “Be your best self as everyone else is taken.”
