About Hari Kalymnios

Hari Kalymnios is a leadership coach, speaker, trainer and author of the book ‘The Thought Gym: Train the Mind, and the Rest Will Follow’. Hari helps individuals and organisations become SUPER by working with them to understand where true leadership starts. Hari believes that leadership starts with self-leadership. Furthermore, to lead oneself optimally, the greater the access you have to your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual resources, the better a leader you can be. It’s what Hari calls and inside-out approach to leadership development.

Starting his career in corporate London, Hari worked in law firms, for Accenture and then The London Stock Exchange. Hari left after a decade so that he could pursue his real passion, which is to inspire others to become their best selves. After years of study, observation and experimentation, Hari create a framework for living which, when followed, allows you to live life on a whole new level.

You can learn more about (and connect with) Hari via his website or via his YouTube channel  where he releases weekly free content to inform and inspire you. He is also on LinkedIn as well as all the main social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) as the thoughtgym.
