Charity Drinks & Networking: 3 Secrets of Successful Innovators

April 27, 2016 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

27th April | 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm – Join us for our charity drinks and networking event, where this month’s guest talk will be on innovation.

3 Secrets of Successful Innovators with Guest Speaker Lucy Gower

In a fast changing world innovation has become an essential strategy for survival.

Whether you focus your innovation efforts on making small improvements to how you work, creating disruption or developing new products and services, innovation is a team sport.  It is about people working together to achieve a shared goal. It can sometimes feel scary because new ideas are unproven and not guaranteed to work. Excellent innovators create supportive environments where it is safe to learn from failure, there is space for new ideas to flourish and there is a sense of urgency to make the best ideas happen.

In this session Lucy will share some of the secrets of successful innovators that you can take back and use in your everyday work.

Guest speaker: Lucy Gower

Lucy Gower is a trainer, coach and consultant specialising in developing creative, collaborative, high performing and innovative teams.
