How to Recruit the Best Talent

January 19, 2016 @ 8:30 am - 10:30 am

19th January | 8:30 am – 10:30 am – Join us for this breakfast briefing with your peers over coffee and croissants and learn the best practice for recruiting the best talent for your organisation.

Finding the best people to deliver your organisation’s objectives is one of the most important jobs for everyone with responsibility for a team, after all, people are what make your organisation truly unique.  But just how do you go about attracting the right people in the first place and how do you ensure that you dedicate the right amount of time and resource to this vital function?

At this breakfast session we’ll be sharing leading recruitment tips including:

    • creating a successful advert that sells the key benefits of the job
    • writing a job specification that reflects the real skills and experience required
    • understanding the recruitment process – what attracts candidates to (and what turns candidates off) a job or potential employer
    • how to maximise your chances of recruiting high quality staff to an unknown brand or less popular cause

We’ll also be offering an advice clinic to help answer your recruitment challenges.
